At the heart of a new London City district, the White City neighbourhood is surrounded by world-class shopping and entertainment, education, culture and commerce. Located in West London, the new development comprises of over 2,300 new homes set amongst eight acres of landscaped Japanese style gardens with water features and mature landscaping delivering an 83% gain in net biodiversity.
Cilantro Engineering are appointed to deliver the highest quality MEP installation to Phase 3 of this unique and prestigious development with our Client St James division of the Berkeley Group. This will include the complete MEP design and installation to 526 new homes spread across four Residential blocks. In addition, this also includes a wider-project delivery scope of additional systems including MEP Shell and Core Installations, Comfort Cooling including Chillers and Cooling Towers, Basement and Plant Room Installations, Life Safety Installations, Prefabricated Utility Cupboards, Residents Lounge.
Our installation will proudly support an array of amenities spaces for the new homeowner including two 12-seater cinemas, private residents’ lounge, swimming pool with a terrace and a fully equipped gym with personal training rooms. We look forward to working with St James to successfully establish White City’s contemporary style homes amongst a boulevard of restaurants, the grand Westfield London and Imperial College London.
