Project completion: Darby's Restaurant
Full design and build fit out of the prestigious Darby's restaurant at the Embassy Gardens development just a few hundred meters form the U.S. Embassy in Nine Elms.
Darby's, lead by renowned head chef Robin Gil, was fitted out with a bespoke lighting system which compliments its chic interior along with a state of the art surround sound system for evening dining and weekly live music sessions.
The restaurant is also served by FCUs providing both heating and cooling along with a heat recovery system to ensure the perfect atmosphere for a fine dining experience. Additionally, Cilantro Engineering installed an all-encompassing BMS system to ensure the daily operations of the kitchen and restaurant throughout are monitored and work together flawlessly in this highly sought-after establishment.
